Usually the starting point in my writing is simple: something was harder than it needed to be, and I want to save the next person from having to rediscover the answer from scratch. If it takes two hours of prompting, testing, and digging to get there, the shortcut is worth documenting.

Most of my work sits at the overlap between software engineering and security: analyst-facing systems, security-data pipelines, deployment tooling, and the infrastructure needed to make those pieces reliable in real environments. I started in network defense, writing signatures deployed across large environments, then moved deeper into IOC triage tooling, Kubernetes deployment paths, and full-stack cyber platforms built around real mission requirements.

My new blog is at meese.rs, where I am allowed more creativity and interactivity in my presentation.
